A modern hospital has to speak many protocols at once. medOS layers HL7v2 ADT/ORM/ORU parsing over an MLLP listener, FHIR R4 read and write with subscription-based delivery, and DICOM modality worklists for imaging.
Above those protocols sits a connector store — an app-marketplace model over a catalog of integrations with honest live, available, and planned statuses, so buyers know exactly what works today.
The stack lets legacy lab instruments, ADT feeds, imaging modalities, and modern SMART apps all reach the same record.
