The HORUS Decision Twin no longer runs on hardcoded ratios. A twin_metric_* RPC registry feeds real operational facts into the simulation, so its agents calibrate against what the hospital actually does.
The first live wiring is the workforce agent: its nurse FTE now derives from operational facts rather than a fixed nurseRatio constant — no agent code changed, only the calibration source.
Operational facts arrive through three optional paths — an ERP/HRM connector, a lightweight manual cost-capture form, or derivation from existing menu items and roster data — all landing in one read model.
