The contract maps six billing screens to their owners, traces the end-to-end revenue story in ten steps, and names three substrates — pricing, coverage, and gating — feeding the pipeline and export engine.

It spans NHSO 16-file exports, PhilHealth case rates, Japanese Kaigo units, and DRG payment models, and ships with a reconciliation report flagging overlaps and contradictions across the source docs.
