Press Release
medOS ultra announces Bot Extension Substrate — one automation engine extensible to PRM, marketing, insurance and intelligence without new code
A single automation engine now extends to relationship, marketing, insurance, and intelligence bots through three reusable seams — no new code per use case.
medOS ultra today announced the Bot Extension Substrate, turning its internal automation engine into a universal platform for building bots across the hospital and its business.
The substrate exposes three seams — trigger sources, the medos.* SDK namespaces, and a cowork plane identity — so a new automation is composed from data rows rather than written from scratch. Every bot proposes; a human accepts, edits, or rejects.
The same engine that drives the HORUS Decision Twin now extends to patient relationship management, marketing, insurance, and intelligence bots without forking the codebase.
