medOS ultra announced a universal facility-stay billing engine covering ER, IPD, OR, and LR stays through one set of per-country rule rows.
The same engine handles NHSO 30-minute grace and 30-minute block rounding with off-hours surcharges, PhilHealth Z-Benefit packages that replace individual lines under a 45-day room cap, and Kaigo per-unit billing with a regional yen multiplier and a monthly co-pay cap.
